Old Gala Bingo site: Change of use submission

Andrew has written to Bromley Council objecting to the application for a change of use at the old cinema site
Andrew has written to Bromley’s Planning Department, objecting to the proposed change of use for the old Gala Bingo site in Church Road. Scores of Gipsy Hill residents have done likewise.
Gipsy Hill Councillors have been working with residents to help bring a cinema to the Crystal Palace Triangle for several months.
A campaign organised and supported by residents throughout the Crystal Palace area has been working to stop permission for “Change of Use” on the site that would establish a Mega Church. The submission from Gipsy Hill Conservative councillors raised concerns that a change of use would cause congestion and parking difficulties. Residents have grounds to believe that a cinema might be established there instead. This would support the regeneration of our area and would lead to more staggered usage than the Church, avoiding congestion.
Andrew has worked with the Campaign’s Planning Committee and also helped distribute their leaflets.
